- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products or downloadable files
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’re sorry! Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
5. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send your package. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment
