1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.

2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [email protected] with details and images if applicable.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- First, check your bank account or payment provider again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Non-Returnable Items
